1. Digital Products

Since our service at megasolver.app provides immediate access to digital goods (AI solutions) and temporary access rights (e.g., 24-hour pass), generally, we do not offer refunds once the service has been used.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following cases:

• Double charge due to technical error.
• Service was completely unavailable during your purchase period (downtime).

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please email team.megasolver@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
